Memorial Day Ceremony

The Hollis Town Band will perform a variety of patriotic tunes as part of the Hollis Memorial Day ceremony, including popular marches and the official songs of military branches. In the event of rain, the ceremony will be held indoors in the Lawrence Barn on Depot Rd. in Hollis.
Strawberry Festival

The band's annual Strawberry Festival is always held on the 4th Sunday in June from 2pm until 4pm on Monument Square in the middle of the village of Hollis. The Strawberry Festival is cosponsored by the band and the Hollis Women's Club. In the event of rain, the Strawberry Festival is held inside Hollis Brookline Middle School on Rt. 122.
The band program consists of a variety of marches, symphonic, popular and patriotic pieces - admission is free.
The Hollis Women's Club will be selling strawberry shortcakes and sundaes made with Hollis-grown strawberries, just-baked shortcakes, fresh whipped cream and delicious ice cream.
